Our Story

Built for investors who want counsel, not a catalogue

UAAR was established to bring the discipline of institutional investing to private real estate and wealth decisions — with clarity, patience and full disclosure.

The Practice

We began by asking a better question.

Most investment conversations start with a product. Ours start with intent: what is this capital for, when will you need it back, and what would make this a mistake? Answering those three questions honestly changes the recommendation more often than any brochure ever could.

Our advisors come from wealth management, institutional real estate and legal backgrounds. That mix shapes how we work — we underwrite title and documentation with the same seriousness we apply to pricing and yield.

We serve resident Indians, NRIs, business owners, salaried professionals and families planning across generations. Mandate sizes vary widely; the standard of advice does not.

We do not promise returns. We promise research you can inspect, assumptions you can challenge and a process you can follow from first meeting to final registration.

Principles

What guides every recommendation

Professionalism

Structured processes, documented advice and timely communication at every stage of an engagement.

Integrity

We decline mandates that are not in a client's interest, and we say so plainly when the timing is wrong.

Long-Term Relationships

Most of our work comes from families and founders we have advised for years, across several decisions.

Transparency

Assumptions, fees, risks and conflicts are disclosed in writing before you commit to anything.

Investment Expertise

Senior advisors with experience across residential, commercial and land, through multiple cycles.
